Spain
The country of Spain is the south of Europe. The three major cities
of Spain are Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. This three cities are
all totally different of each other.
The fifty provinces of Spain are all grouped in the seventeen autonomas
ccommunities.
The main languages is Spanish which is also spoken in big parts of
South America and the most common religion is Roman Catholicism.

Catalunya
The region in the north-east of Spain with the capital Barcelona. The
Costa Brava is the coast of Catalunya and is real crowded in the summer
with tourists from all over Europe.
Besides the capital of Catalunya, Barcelona there are more
famous cities in this province. Many cities are on the coast like
Roses, LLoret de Mar, Blanes, Sitges and Taragona. Cities as Girona
with a lot of culture and his own university and the birthplace of
Salvador Dalí, Figueras can also be found in Catalunya.

Barcelona
Barcelona is a city packed with action. In this metropolis at the
north-east of Spain you can find anything you want. With a nice climate
you can use the beach from spring until autumn. The good metro system
brings you anywhere you like around the whole city.
The city contains a lot of culture with the Gaudi creations as top
attractions. La Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Batlló and
more you have to see when you visit Barcelona.
Barcelona is a city with more than 5 million inhabitants and is a
great city for a visit and for going out. Many discotheques and bars
will provide you with a lot of fun in the night. The Ramblas is always
crowded even at nights and is maybe the most well known place of the
city. On The Ramblas you can find many street artists who entertain you from
the beginning till the end of this boulevard.

Gràcia
Gràcia is a district of Barcelona with the following neighborhoods :
Vallcarca, El Coll, La Salut, Gràcia and
El Camp d'en Grassot. Gràcia is bordered by the districts of Eixample to the south, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi to the west and Horta-Guinardó to the east.
Gràcia is known for the many students who live their with the many squares with bars and terraces. Gràcia is a good place to live, shop and go out just outside the city center.

Vallcarca
Vallcarca is near Park Güell and there is a metro station Vallcara at the green
line (L3). Vallcarca means 'a very steep valley' and is laying between the hills of Carmel and Putxet in the district of Gràcia. At this moment there are many constructions and the whole area will be renovated in the coming time.
The metro station Vallcarca is on the green line which leads from Zona Universitària
and Canyelles. On this line there are also big stations like Sants Estació, Liceu,
Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal and with that L3 is one of the most
important metro lines of the city. The station Vallcarca lays between the stations
Lesseps and Penitents. Lesseps is a well know place in Barcelona with the Plaza
Lesseps. Here stands a new library and a big hotel.
The most famous in Vallcarca is it's bridge, this bridge is connecting Avinguda de la República Argentina with Carrer de Sant Eudald and is crossing Avinguda de Vallcarca (former name Avinguda de L'Hospital Militar).

This house is specially ment for foreign students. Most of the students who lived
here had the best time of their lives. So you can say that this house contains
a lot of fun and many good moments.
Some people even come back to live again in the same house and have a great time
again.
